If you guys remember the previous picture  this is Eugene.

Anyway, Avenger-In-Training and I decided to make Eugene canon. So I redesigned him to look less like the fucker, Arex.

Anyway, the backstory to this child is that he was an experiment. Arex somehow gained a sample of Flora's blood and decided to make a child out of his blood and hers. He wanted to know if it was possible to taint an angel's bloodline. Unfortunately, it did not work. So Arex settled with trying to corrupt Eugene's mind and make him a corrupt angel. Eugene though has a pure heart and is not deterred by Arex's ways.

No one, but Arex, knows that he exists. Eugene is kept locked away from others because Arex won't let him go until he full corrupts him which isn't very likely.
